We are here to support you on your journey and congratulate you on every step you take towards personal fulfilment.

  • Sadhu Dynamic Board

These are advanced models with vertical nail movement. Under the body's weight, the nails sink millimeters into the base and rest on a special elastic pad inside the board. This allows the load to be evenly distributed and a larger area of the foot to be impacted

We recommend paying attention to the movable sadhu nails for beginners and people with a low pain threshold. The first minutes of standing on the nails feel softer and often it is enough to continue practicing and not to leave the sadhu board early.

  • Sadhu Static Board

The classic sadhu board is the most common construction with static nails. These are products with the nails firmly fixed in the base, they do not wobble from side to side and do not have vertical movement. Such models are clear and familiar. Ancient yogis stood on boards with fixed nails, but even now classic sadhu boards remain the most popular tool for both beginners and experienced practitioners.

Select the nail pitch

Nail pitch is the distance between the tips of the nails. The greater the distance, the more difficult it is for the sadhu to stand on the board.

8 mm is for beginners, a comfortable entry into the practice
10 mm - universal, for experienced practitioners and beginners ready to work on themselves
12 mm - for experienced practitioners
15 mm and more - for experts

  • Copper

Copper is called "the metal of life" because it has a lot of benefits: it has antiseptic properties, improves metabolism, and is the best conductor of energy and heat.
In addition, it has a very pleasing aesthetic appearance, a reddish hue.

  • Aluminium

Aluminum is suitable for frequent traveling because it is a light metal and therefore portable. It's also corrosion resistant, so it doesn't rust, and it's a soft metal, so it's practical for beginners.

  • Zinc

Zinc is the most common choice. The tips of the nails are sharper, suitable for developing willpower, and give you a boost of energy for the whole day.

Sadhu boards Answer Block

A board with nails affects the physical health of a person. What does the sadhu board do for the body? By increasing blood and lymph flow, metabolism is accelerated, immunity is strengthened, muscle spasms are relieved, and the body relaxes and tones at the same time. If you stand on nails regularly, you can have a favourable effect on the course of chronic diseases.

The nail board has an effect on mental health. In order to overcome pain during practice, you need to overcome fear and relax as much as possible. Such skills help in everyday life to survive stressful situations more easily and not dwell on negativity.

But that's not all you need a sadhu board for. Practising on nails allows you to work with energy flows. It harmonises the inner energy, opens the chakras, engages hidden reserves. A person becomes awake, his working capacity increases.

And by putting a specific request at the class, you can achieve the desired results faster, getting off the board. This proves our experience and feedback from our clients. No wonder, as during the class all unnecessary thoughts go away, a person finds himself in the present time and can concentrate on what is really important. Try it and you!

Frequent treatment of the sadhu board is not necessary if only you use it, as the nails do not pierce the skin. If several people stand on the nails, you should disinfect the nails after each practice.

To do this, pour an antiseptic that does not contain alcohol (such as chlorhexidine) into a container. Lower the boards with nails in them so that the liquid does not touch the surface of the board. After five minutes, remove the product with the nails down and dry on a towel. Alternatively, you can sprinkle miramistin on your feet. The main thing is to wait for complete drying before standing on the nails.

In addition to disinfection, the board is still periodically wiped from dust from the top with a soft cloth. Clean off dirt from the nail side with a long pile brush. Periodically ventilate and store away from radiators and damp rooms in a cover.

It is possible for beginners to stand on a sadhu nail board either on their own or in a group practice. If you choose to stand on nails at a studio, you will be offered a beginner's board. An experienced instructor will help set the mood and guide you through the practice, allowing you to get your own experience on nails.

It is also possible to stand up on nails yourself, follow the instructions to do so:
1)Purchase a board with 8-10mm spacing.
2)Find a place where no one will disturb you.
3)Turn on your favourite music, light palo santo and candles.
4)Tune in to the practice with the help of meditation (sit comfortably, 5)concentrate on breathing and discard all unnecessary thoughts).
6)Stretch your feet.
7)Formulate a request - what you would like to get from the practice.
8)Place one foot on the board, slowly transfer your body weight to it and place the other foot.
9)Distribute your body weight on both feet.
10)Turn your attention from the pain to breathing and relax.
11)If you can't let go of the pain, use other distractions such as crying, screaming, laughing, singing. Do whatever you feel like doing at the moment.
12)Think of your goal and visualise it in detail when the pain is gone.
13)Avoid any sudden movements on the nail.
14)Come off the nails smoothly, lifting up one foot after the other.
15)Sit after the practice or lie down, if possible.
You can also finish the practice with a foot massage.

Already in the first stages of getting acquainted with nailing, you can work with intention. And it doesn't matter whether you nail on your own or in a group. Of course, it is always easier to do everything correctly under the guidance of an experienced instructor. But if for some reason this is not your option, everything can work out at home. The main thing is desire, the absence of irritating factors and a quality tool.

So how to form a request to practice nailing? Firstly you must understand for yourself why you want to get into nailing and what you ultimately want to achieve. Visualise this final goal in detail and see yourself in a new reality, as if the intention has already come to fruition.

The intention needs to be articulated before you even step onto the sadhu board. After taking a step onto the nails, you need to relax as much as possible and concentrate on your breathing and then on the request. The faster you shift your attention from the pain to your goal, the better. Then everything else will recede into the background, in the state of "here and now" you will clearly understand the ways to achieve the intended.

Once off the board, everything around you will be surprisingly conducive to realising the dream. And there's nothing magical about it, it's just that in the flow of hustle and bustle, too much information prevents us from realising our true goals. And nails are the tool where you can allow yourself to finally see them as clearly as possible.

Sadhu nails have a tonic effect. That is, the practice is invigorating and energising. So it is better to stand on the sadhu board in the morning, when the whole day is ahead. But the sadhu board can also be used before going to bed, if you lie on it. Nailing is maximally relaxing and favours a sound sleep.

Many people wonder how long they can stand on nails and whether they should aim to stand longer. We recommend standing for 15 to 25 minutes a day. This is enough for wellness on all levels (physical, psychological and energetic) and to work with intention. When the practice becomes regular, try standing for about an hour at least once and compare how you feel after the practice. The frequency of practice in 1-2 days is considered optimal.

Emotions on nails are an indicator of sincerity, which is why people cry when they stand on nails. As a rule, in everyday life, it is recommended not to be guided by feelings, but to turn on the mind. Since childhood, we hear the instructions: "do not cry", "do not shout", "do not interrupt", so we are accustomed to hide our true feelings.

Any emotion is energy and according to the law of conservation, it cannot just disappear. In order for an emotion not to spill over into aggression, it needs an outlet. In addition, suppressing feelings can lead to serious health problems such as neurosis or depression.

Standing on nails is the best way to defuse. Practice will teach you to understand the nature of feelings and learn to control them. Control does not mean to hold back, but to understand what you are experiencing at the moment and why, so that you can change the situation and become the master of the situation. Why do people cry during nailing? Tears during the practice are a manifestation of the tension accumulated inside. Crying is a desire to be heard. Do not be afraid of your emotions. This will allow you to experience the nailing phase more easily and to know your inner world better.

Pregnancy is on the list of contraindications to practicing on nails. It would seem that increased blood flow during exercise, will help transfer more nutrients to the fetus, and improving the psycho-emotional state will alleviate toxicosis. Why then should pregnant women not stand on nails?

During this special period of a woman's life, any exertion should be appropriate. If you regularly practiced nail standing and in pregnancy do not want to postpone the classes for a long time, be sure to consult with a doctor gynecologist on this matter. Women who decide to stand on nails for the first time should postpone this experience for a more favorable time.

It is strictly forbidden to stand on the nails in the following conditions: placenta previa, inflammatory processes, gestosis, uterine hypertonus, tendency to thrombosis, polyuria, uterine bleeding, kidney and liver disease, severe anemia. If such ailments passed you by, take into account that the nail can provoke some of them. The future mother should listen to her body and realize all the responsibility entrusted to her during this period.

Children are allowed to stand on nails only under parental supervision, but it is important to understand if it is necessary? Sadhus get on the boards for a specific purpose. Some for healing the body, some work with intention, others overcome fears and cleanse energy flows. A child rarely thinks about such things, he may just be interested in trying what his parents or acquaintances are doing.

Before putting a child on nails, take into account the increased excitability of the nervous system and the presence of a large number of receptors on the skin. That is, he is more susceptible to nailing than an adult. Therefore, children's practice should be approached carefully and responsibly, so as not to inflict psychological trauma to the unformed organism.

If a child (of school age) under your supervision wants to walk on nails or try to stand on them, give him such an opportunity. Before putting on the nails, you need to tell the child about safety and sensations during the activity, so that he is not scared. We do not recommend that you put children on nails on purpose or initiate this practice.

Diabetes mellitus disrupts the normal functioning of the body: metabolism deteriorates, tissue regeneration ability decreases, cardiovascular system and internal organs malfunction. Therefore, practicing standing on the sadhu board in diabetes can be done only after the approval of the attending physician.

It is necessary to approach the process carefully without forcing events, analyzing what is happening to you. It is important to observe safety precautions so that you do not hurt yourself. If you do everything correctly, it is impossible to damage the skin. Here, as with any chronic disease, it all depends on the stage, individual characteristics of the body, preparation and recommendations of the doctor. If you have diabetes mellitus and have doubts about the expediency of nailing, it is better not to risk it.

Children under 18 years of age must not stand on nails without parental supervision. Adults with chronic medical conditions should consult a physician before practicing.

Here's who shouldn't stand on nails:
If you are pregnant,
have a history of epilepsy,
you have a history of cancer,
you've had a recent heart attack or stroke,
you have a history of mental illness,
you have diabetes.

Any other chronic illnesses in the acute phase also require specialist consultation before practicing. Nails are categorically incompatible with alcohol and drug intoxication.

Although the principle of action of sadhu boards with nails and Kuznetsov or Lyapko applicator is similar, they have a fundamental difference. The effect of the applicator is less pronounced. The applicator stimulates the skin, relaxes the muscles, acts shallowly. It is often used in rehabilitation centers and for the prevention of various diseases.

The Kuznetsov applicator is not suitable for use instead of a sadhu board. Plastic flowers act on the physical body, and mental workout (work with the subconscious mind, which allows you to get rid of the burden of the past, which affects the state of the person in the present time) is possible only on the board sadhu. But Lyapko applicator, where needles of different metals are used, can well be considered a lightweight analog of boards with nails.

Standing on a sadhu board is much more difficult. From an energetic point of view, the material of the nails is important. When choosing to stand on the sadhu nails or the Kuznetsov applicator, proceed from personal goals and objectives. If you want to boost your immune system and be awake in the morning, use the applicator, if you want to practice deep relaxation and work with goal-setting, try the nails. If possible, try both options so you can decide exactly what works for you.

The principle of action of the sadhu board with galvanized or copper nails is the same. The nails stimulate the acupressure points located on the feet and activate the whole body. Some people choose to practice sadhu board with copper nails, while others prefer to nail on galvanized nails based on the difference between one metal and another.

Copper is in everyone's body, and a deficiency has a negative impact on health. Copper nails in contact with the skin, in themselves have a beneficial effect on the body, are a natural antiseptic. They have a beautiful golden-pink color and are more durable than galvanized ones.

Galvanized nails are lighter, have a gray-blue tint. And most importantly, they are more budget-friendly than copper ones. Therefore, if you will be getting into nailing for the first time and are not sure if nailing will enter your schedule on a permanent basis, you can take galvanized nails. They will allow you to familiarize yourself with the practice to the fullest.

The feel on different nails is also different. In order to understand what we are talking about, it is worth trying both options. In our opinion, on copper nails the sensations are deeper, enveloping, fiery. Copper is a good conductor of energy, and you will feel the sensation of a hot board under your feet while practicing. If you are into energy practices, pay attention to copper nails.

An 8mm or 10mm pitch sadhu board is good for beginning practice. If you have never stood on nails and the mere sight of shining sharp metal terrifies you, buy a board with a pitch of 8 mm. Almost any person will be able to stand on such a model.

If you are a brave beginner, ready to work on yourself or have already tried at least once to stand on the nails, you can take a board sadhu with a pitch of 10 mm. Do not be afraid that you will quickly "outgrow" the board for beginners, nailing does not need to force events, it is more correct to increase the time and then the step gradually. Even when you move to a larger step, you can use it for meditation or for introducing friends and relatives to the practice.

Beginners should first of all choose the right nail pitch, i.e. the distance between the nails. The larger it is, the more painful it is to stand. A sadhu board with a spacing of 8-10 mm is suitable for beginners. You should not buy a board with a large distance between the nails if you have never stood on them, as it may discourage you from practicing. A pitch of 8 mm will suit absolutely everyone, 10 mm - for those who are ready to work on themselves. Note that with the same nail pitch, the feel on boards from different manufacturers may differ. Because in addition to the nail pitch, the diameter and calibration also matter.

When the issue of pitch is solved, you need to choose the material of nails and the board itself. After that, pay attention to its design to further motivate yourself to practice.
